All customer service calls are answered locally in our Bloomington headquarters facility. We do not utilize an automated phone directory that forces callers to press multiple numbers to reach the right operator.

Service Response Guarantee
Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems will respond to your service call within four working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday).

Loaner Equipment Guarantee
Our commitment is to provide the customer with the most reliable products available. Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems guarantees maximum uptime. If you are covered by a Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems maintenance agreement and for any reason we cannot get your product running within 8 business hours, we will provide you with comparable loaner equipment until we are able to return your equipment to you in satisfactory condition.

Equipment Maintenance

All product solutions offered by Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems incorporate a full 90-day warranty including all parts and labor with support services rendered on-site.

MMSS also features a comprehensive maintenance program designed to deliver optimal technology performance and longevity. MMSS service agreements protect your investment and provide you with these significant benefits:

  • A full extension of the original manufacturer’s warranty including all parts and labor. A single payment covers full hardware support.
  • Preventative maintenance may be scheduled at no charge to keep your system in top running condition.
  • Access to technical support representatives that specialize in troubleshooting equipment problems over the phone.
  • Elimination of internal delays. Equipment operators can request service without the need for management approval.
  • Fail-safe cost and budget control. Our affordable agreements are designed to help businesses avoid unplanned maintenance expenses and eliminate surprise repair costs.
  • Peace of mind from unlimited service coverage. If repeat repairs are needed, it costs us, not you. You pay only for your maintenance agreement. You can count on MMSS to maintain the uptime you need.
  • An exclusive product performance guarantee for a period of 36 months from the date of installation or the term of your lease, whichever is greater. If Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems is unable to repair your system to product specifications, we’ll replace it with a system of equal or greater capability.
  • The MMSS service contract guarantees our customers a 4-hour maximum, on-site response time. This is more than just an objective – it’s a commitment we put it in writing on the maintenance agreement itself.

Installation & Training

Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems takes pride in delivering, installing, configuring, testing and training system operators for every product in our extensive line of solutions. Unlike other companies, MMSS does not subcontract equipment installations to third party organizations. We also do not incorporate customer charges – stated or otherwise – for shipping, installation or training services with new product acquisitions. 

MMSS’s installation team includes a dedicated install coordinator and cross-trained field installers that speed the time-to-value for your company. MMSS installation services manage your equipment installation process from start to finish. Scheduling is always based on your needs and availability. 

Our experienced professionals deliver hands-on training and instruction, ensuring your staff is fully equipped to maximize the features and functionality of your new MMSS product solution. Midwest Mailing & Shipping Systems provides flexible education services including implementing new systems, training new operators, and refresher courses on your existing equipment. No Need to Compromise - leasing offers you the technology and associated productivity you require while meeting cash flow needs. Lease payments also typically correspond to the useful life of the equipment, so you are paying for the equipment as you use it, rather than all at once. 

100% Financing On One Invoice: In addition to equipment costs, other associated recurring costs can be included in your lease payment (service contract, meter rental, postal rate updates, etc.) All items become part of a guaranteed and fully tax deductible lease payment, simplifying your annual budgeting process. 

Accelerate Depreciation - Leasing accelerates depreciation allowing you to swiftly recapture your investment over the term of the lease (usually 3-5 years)  Conserve Working Capital & Credit Lines: By leasing equipment your organization can retain available lines of credit at other lending institutions & preserve working capital for other investments, inventory, advertising, personnel, emergency needs, overhead, etc.

You can also add additional systems or components to existing leased products. Additional billing may apply in conjunction with the original lease. 

Keep Pace with Technology:  Technology is changing so rapidly that most equipment is either obsolete or not competitive within just a few years. Leasing allows you to replace or upgrade obsolete equipment at the end of the lease term, rather than “getting by” with an owned system that no longer offers competitive edge performance. 

Option to Buy: If you decide that you want to own the equipment at the end of the lease, you may do so simply by paying the amount specified in the terms of the lease. MMSS also offers leasing programs with a $1.00 buyout option at the end of your lease term.
